Porter
Co-writer and director
British born Simon Porter trained as a dancer, singer and actor at the Corona Academy in London. He appeared in many European productions including the Circus Tavern and the Magic Circle Show in London, the Scala in Madrid and the Alcazar Show in Munich.
In Paris, he danced at both the Lido and the Moulin Rouge, followed by La Nouvelle Eve as a French Cancan soloist. After appearing in the French versions of Kiss Me Kate in Geneva and Paris and Barnum in Lyon and Paris, Simon sang in a new French version of Hair at the
Mogador Theatre in Paris.
Apart from musical theatre, he has performed in many of Disneyland Paris' stage shows and sang with the Marc Goldfedder Orchestra in Streets of New York at the Hotel New York.
Although a performer first and foremost, living and working in France for more than twenty years and the knowledge of both cultures and languages has naturally led to Simon to being involved as vocal coach in several stage shows (e.g. Casino d'Enghien) and recording projects. Currently on tour with Sol En Cirque.
